You can forward the e-mail with it's long header to  long header to postmaster@ucsd.edu asking for blocking.

To do this from Mail.app,

  1. Open the message by double clicking it. Open the message by double clicking it.
  2. Select View > Message > Long Headers.
  3. Select View > Message > Long Headers.
