You can forward the e-mail with it's long header to long header to postmaster@ucsd.edu asking for blocking.
To do this from Mail.app,
- Open the message by double clicking it. Open the message by double clicking it.
- Select View > Message > Long Headers.
- Select View > Message > Long Headers.
