  1. Log into the Accellion web interface at https//igppdropbox.ucsd.edu using your AD credentials.
  2. Click on Workspaces Workspaces from the sidebar.



  3. Click on New Workspace.



  4. Create a name, description, and expiration date. If no expiration date is required, select Never Expires.



  5. Add users and/or groups with whom to share the new workspace. You can set each user's permission level via the drop down list to the left of the Add Users button.



  6. Click Finish to create the new workspace.

Adding Files to Workspaces

  1. From the home screen, select Workspaces from the sidebar.



  2. Click on the workspace to which you wish to add files.



  3. Click on the Add File button.



  4. Select the file you wish to upload.
    1. For files smaller smaller than 2GB: Click Choose File Choose File . Select the file you wish to upload. Click Add to add the file to your workspace.



    2. For Files larger larger than 2GB or entire folders: Click Use Large File/Folder Applet.



  5. Click Choose File/Folder. Select the file/folder you wish to upload. Click Add to add the file/folder to your workspace

Managing Users

  1. From the home screen, select Workspaces from the sidebar.



  2. Click on the workspace you wish to edit.



  3. Click on the Options drop down list.



  4. Select Manage Users. Edit users and groups.



  5. Click Save Changes to make your changes permanent.

Scheduling Syncs

  1. Start kitedrive. (/Applications/kitedrive)
  2. From the menu bar icon, select Preferences.



  3. Select the advanced tab.



  4. Click More Options.



  5. Check the Auto sync every box.



  6. From the drop down list, select the amount of time you wish to have between syncs.
