Printing From a Windows Computer at IGPP

This will walk you through the steps for setting up your PC for printing at IGPP. You will now be required to enter your AD user credentials to proceed with printing. Document and poster printing is funded by Scripps IT, and is exclusive for IGPP and SIO affiliates only.

1. Make sure you are connected to the network via wired Ethernet or the UCSD-PROTECTED wireless network.

2. Remove any printer on your computer referencing sioprint.

3. Visit this page to download a printer installer: http://sioprint.ucsd.edu:9163/client-setup/windows.html (UCSD VPNPreview required).

4. Run the installer, and you will be prompted for a user name and password.

   1. Enter your UCSD email address and password.

5. You will see a list of all printers at SIO. Select the printer that you wish to print to.

Please note that this is a Windows only solution. If these steps are performed on macOS, every printer on the list will be installed! For macOS instructions, please visit this page.
