Transferring a phone call

For Aastra Office Phones:

1. Press "Access 1" to put call on hold.
2. Press "Access 2" to open new line.
3. Dial 2nd Party’s extension to transfer to.
4. Wait for the ringing tone.
5. Press Transfer and hang up.

For Panasonic Cordless:

1. Press “Flash".
2. Dial extension to transfer to.
3. Wait till you hear ringing.
4. Hang up.
