How to Connect to FileMaker Pro Databases

Description

This wiki explains how to configure FileMaker Pro to access our remote databases.

Connecting to the Database

  1. Open FileMaker Pro.
  2. Go to File > Open Remote...
  3. Under View, select Favorite Hosts.
  4. Under Host's Internet Address, enter igppfmp.ucsd.edu and save.



  5. Under Available Files, select the database you wish to access.
