If you're encountering a software issue, we can help. Send us a support request ticket and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible. For new issues, sending a ticket is preferred to sending us individual emails because tickets are picked up by the earliest available technician. Hardware

IGPP Net Ops can diagnose and repair most hardware issues. Since Fall 2008, IGPP Net Ops has been an Apple-Authorized Self-Service provider. This means we can repair or facilitate the repair of many Mac hardware issues quickly, in-house, and at no charge for parts if under warranty. If you suspect you're encountering a hardware issue, send us a support request ticket and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible.
