Step-by-step guide

  1. Navigate to https://igppticket.ucsd.edu
  2. Click on "Check on a requestRequest"
  3. Login Log in using your AD username and password
  4. Once you loginlogged in, you will be able to view all current and previous tickets you've submitted 


  5. To check on look up a specific ticket, paste the request, you can enter your access key located at the top of your ticket. This key can also be found in the login window. Your AD credentials are not required if you are looking up a request using your access key.

    Note: Your access key is located in the response email when you first submit a that you received after you submitted your request.
