Select port to be used: For HDMI press on “video”. For VGA press on “comp”. If your presentation requires audio, HDMI carries the audio on the same cable, while the VGA cable has an extra 3.5mm plug for audio.
Revelle Lab - Board Room 3110
Revelle’s Lab’s Board Room has options for HDMI and VGA Plus Audio connections.
To use this room:
Power up TV using remote.

Select “input” source from TV remote.
Revelle Lab - VizCenter Room 4301
Revelle Lab’s VizCenter has VGA connections only.
To use this room:
Power up conference room equipment from the control panel on back of room.
Roll down screen (if not down already)
Connect laptop using corresponding adapters and/or cables (VGA)
Select port to be used: For VGA press on “comp” and remember to connect audio if your presentation requires it.https://igpp.ucsd.edu/computing/forms/help
