Issues Printing PDF Document

Troubleshooting Steps:

Preview

  1. Attempt to print to a different printer.
  • If you originally printed to an HP printer try a Xerox or a Brother printer etc....
  1. Open the printing dialogue
  2. Select the PDF PDF drop down button.
  3. Select Open PDF in Preview. Open PDF in Preview. A new Preview window will open. Attempt printing from this new window.
  4. Otherwise Save as Postscript Save as Postscript and print the newly created PostScript document.























  1. Open the PDF using the program Preview Preview .
  2. Select the File File menu.
  3. Select the Save As Save As option.
  4. From the Format Format drop down menu select Tiff Tiff .
  5. Save the document and attempt to print the saved TIFF file.
