The followings are simple steps on how to view your ticket history on https://igppticket.ucsd.edu
Viewing Steps
- Navigate to https://igppticket.ucsd.edu
- Click on "Check on a request"
- Login using your AD username and password
- Once you login, you will be able to view all current and previous tickets you've submitted
- To check on a specific ticket, paste the access key located at the top of your ticket. This key can also be found in the response email when you first submit a request.
