We advise our users to use Apple Mail with IMAP. ACS has instructions on how to configure Mail here.
Note to students: Please use the modified instructions for students, outlined in the ACMS website:
http://acms.ucsd.edu/students/email/configure.html
The main difference is that students will need to set their incoming server to their student mail server and not mail.ucsd.edu. The link posted above should explain how to look up that information (varies with each student).
