Questions Addressed

  • How do I determine my port number?
  • What is my biscuit ID?

Your port number, sometimes also called a biscuit ID, is the identifier written on the port to which you connect your computer.

In this example, the available port isĀ 1.1.59D.

Due to limited switch space, not all ports can be activated at once, however some open ports may already be active. Please make sure that you have exhausted all the active ports in your office before requesting a new port be activated.
