Purpose
This is to show how to properly display full email header when submitting a ticket to IGPP Helpdesk. Applying this data to your ticket help IGPP Helpdesk get to the root of your issue more efficiently.
Accessing Full Header
- In /Applications/Mail.app Open the email of interest.
- Click on the "View" dropdown option.
- Hover over the "message" tab to extend menu.
- Select "all headers" option.
- Copy Header data and paste it in comment in the ticket.
You can also enable this feature with the Key command "Shift, command-H".
