  1. In /Applications/Mail.app Open the email of interest.
  2. Click on the "View" dropdown option. 
  3. Hover over the "message" tab to extend menu. 
  4. Select "all headers" option.Navigate to Mail.app > View > Message > All Headers
  5. Copy Header data and paste it in comment in the ticket.
