Purpose

This is to show how to properly display full email header when submitting a ticket to IGPP Helpdesk. Applying this data to your ticket help IGPP Helpdesk get to the root of your issue more efficiently.

Accessing Full Header 

  1. In /Applications/Mail.app Open the email of interest.
  2. Navigate to Mail.app > View > Message > All Headers
  3. Copy Header data and paste it in comment in the ticket. 

You can also enable this feature with the Key command "Shift, command-H".
