Exchange: Mac Mail Doesn't Accept Password

Description
Problem: Mac Mail requests your password, but it keeps getting rejected.
This most likely was caused by the campus email upgrade from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010. > How do I know if I was upgraded? Follow these steps to resolve this issue.
Procedure
- Open Mail.
- Go to Preferences Preferences and select your Exchange account select your Exchange account in in the left-hand window.
- Go Accounts > Account Information Accounts > Account Information and and change the Incoming server Incoming server to to cas4.ad.ucsd.edu cas4.ad.ucsd.edu ..
- Save, quit and restart Mail.
