Mac Mail Doesn't Accept Password

Problem : Mac Mail requests your password, but it keeps getting rejected.
Description:
As of 07/07/2011, ACT has been upgrading email accounts from Exchange Server 2007 to Exchange Server 2010. If you're unable to access your mail through Mail.app because of password problems, please follow one of the steps below to resolve the issue.

Determining Which UCSD Account Is Active (Step 1 of 2):
- Open Mail.app
- Go to Preferences > Accounts Preferences > Accounts .
- Click the top-most UCSD UCSD email account in the left-hand column.
- Select the Advanced Advanced tab. If " Enable this account Enable this account " is checked then this account is functioning and the settings may may need to be adjusted by following one of the below wikis.
- Repeat steps 3 & 4 3 & 4 for all subsequent UCSD accounts if the one select is not active..
Determining The Account Type (Step 2 of 2):
- From the left-hand column Select the UCSD account that you found to be active active .
- Select the Account Information Account Information tab.
- Look at the Account Type Account Type line to find the account type (POP, IMAP, or Exchange).
