Purpose

This is to show how to properly display full email header when submitting a ticket to IGPP Helpdesk. Applying this data to your ticket help IGPP Helpdesk get to the root of your issue more efficiently.

Accessing Full Header 

  1. Open the email of interest.
  2. Click on the "View" dropdown option. 
  3. Hover over the "message" tab to extend menu. 
  4. Select "all headers" option.
  5. Copy Header data and paste it in comment in the ticket. 

You can also enable this feature with the Key command "Shift, command-H".
