The followings are simple steps on how to view your ticket history on https://igppticket.ucsd.edu

Viewing Steps

  1. Navigate to https://igppticket.ucsd.edu
  2. Click on "Check on a request"
  3. Login using your AD username and password
  4. Once you login, you will be able to view all current and previous tickets you've submitted 
  5. To check on a specific ticket, paste the access key located at the top of your ticket. This key can also be found in the response email when you first submit a request.
